BRENDOLYN MCCARTY-JONES, ESQ

Attorney Brendolyn McCarty-Jones joins DAGADU LAW following a distinguished career in public service. With more than 40 years of experience, she brings extensive expertise in tax law, labor and employment law, public relations, employee relations, and human resources.


Brendolyn earned her Political Science degree from Tuskegee University, graduating magna cum laude in just three years, and was inducted into the Alpha Kappa Mu National Honor Society. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where she served as an elected official in the Student Bar Association.


Her legal career began as a legislative and policy analyst, later expanding into labor relations, and culminating in her role as a
collective bargaining negotiator before joining DAGADU LAW.

Attorney McCarty-Jones is licensed to practice law in her home state of Nebraska and is also admitted before the United States Supreme Court. In addition, she is a certified Family Law Mediator, with a focus on separation, divorce, co-parenting, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, and debt and property division.


A lifelong advocate for social justice and community service, Brendolyn is a proud lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She serves as Attorney-Advisor for the Ivy Foundation and is a Core Council Board Member of the New York Avenue Presbyterian Church Community Club, where she has mentored and tutored students for more than 40 years.
